Manager Tim is a very nice person. Who knows how to take care of his customers.

If you have any issues with this location property manager will not solve problem sufficiently. Petty at returning calls and post additional fees to obtain pocket change. If you call manager will exaggerate fees on your account as form of punishment

Absolutely terrible place to rent from. I can only give one star, if possible I'd give zero or negative stars.
Upon renting the unit I was told by the agent the price would never change, I was locked in. That was not true. The price goes up whenever they feel like it, multiple time over the 1.5 years I needed this facility. When I called to challenge this the agent I spoke to was no longer working there.
I called to tell them I was vacating on the 2nd of the month and they are billing me for the entire month. When asked for customer service to see if i could pro-rate the cost of being there literally one day past the billing cycle, the customer service agent was beyond rude and actually hung up on me when I asked pointed questions about the policy.
Zero stars, would not recommend, find a better place or just burn you belongings, you'll be happier in the long run. 0/0 stars.
