I don’t usually leave google reviews, Sue service was outstanding helping me today and answering every question I had I wish I could give more than 5 stars !

So far I've had wonderful experience with this place

I want to give a huge shout out to Sue the property manager here as she was absolutely amazing! Back in November 2024, my father passed away. She explained to me how their process works for when a customer passes away, and she helped me get the proper forms to fill out so that I could collect his belongings. Sue was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very kind and helped make this whole ordeal so much easier. I rented a unit from them so that I could put the stuff of my dads I wanted to keep until I could come back with a truck in the spring. The facilities were well kept and when I was there on a snowy day, she stopped by to check in with me while she was doing her rounds to manage and take care of the property. I once also had to use the office’s public restroom and it was also very clean. Sue really made- what was a tough situation for me, way easier. I am sincerely grateful for you Sue and keep up the good work, you are 1 in a million!
