Made an online inquiry and Evelyn was quick to respond. Called the next day and Natalie was amazing with her customer service. Natalie talked to me over the phone about options and made an appointment for the same day to view different unit sizes. After showing me the units, Natalie was able to get me a better price than what was online so I signed up. Natalie explained every step of the process which made me feel very comfortable with renting here.

I don't usually give reviews, but I'm so blessed to have service at the public storage facility in Morton Grove IL, I couldn't ask for a kinder and understanding person to see me through my difficulties and making sure I stay on track with paying my storage rent. It's not her job to remind me of paying my storage bill, but she goes above and beyond. I'm a much older person trying to overcome some health issues, I explained that to her, and she was willing to work with me.
