Public storage appears to have clean safe facilities. The only issue I have is that rarely is there an employee on duty to assist you in a pinch. Voice mail at the individual locations would be very helpful if an employee would simply return the call when available.
I did want to add that the facility in Streamwood off of Barrington road does have a 24/7 kiosk that is very helpful and useful to even the non computer savvy person like myself . A wonderful addition to the company's facility.
