Darren is truly unprofessional, These reviews and his action do not match. He disrespectful , he chooses to deny access to units instead of being a man and accepting a review. He tried to threaten us with not giving access to A unit we paid for. This guy don’t deserve to be a manager or even a part time worker here.

There are so many flaws with this location and the way this company operates it’s a shame. I won an auction not too long ago and was given 48 hours to collect my winnings. Then an issue arises to where I couldn’t get into the unit. Contacted public storage to help me figure out how to get the lock off they told me they would have to cut it off I asked them how soon it would be done I was given a time frame of 45 minutes to allow said property manager to get to the location it took hours and didn’t get to it until the location until it was closed I was hoping they would allow me another 24 hours since I was supposed to receive 48 but no they only allowed me until the end of today to collect my winnings if I could I would give 0 stars because this is ridiculous might I also add I tried getting in contact with the property manager and given the run around by customer service honestly people go to Uhaul where they have manned stores and YOU CAN CONTACT MANAGERS DIRECTLY VIA PERSONNEL CELL NUMBER AND HAVE BUISNESS CARDS!!! And have longer storage hour access!!!!!

Darren was very helpful when I came to get my things and the keyos made things move faster and when I got lost on the keyos Darren help me out a lot.

Was good! Prices have doubled in 2 years. A couple times the heat was obviously off in the climate controlled area so I have to wonder how often it is off. Customer service is a very frustrating. Everything is off site and when you get ahold of someone they can’t help.

Public is always so helpful plus Darren is always willing to help out with any customer concerns.
