It was my first experience at a storage facility, and I was impressed by Taishima's excellent customer service. She patiently addressed all my questions about getting a storage unit.

After moving from Chicago, we needed a storage unit near our new home. During our visit, we met Taishima, the manager. Taishima was incredibly friendly, making it easy for us to seek help and guidance. She was not only welcoming and approachable but also showed a remarkable depth of knowledge and maintained high professionalism. She patiently answered all our questions about pricing, unit sizes, and operating hours, making a stressful time much smoother.
