Public Storage

I was a first-time user of Public Storage and I have to say it was a great experience. Their employees on site were not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful. They answered any and all questions. The on line procedure was easy peasy and any billing communications were prompt and easy to understand. Prices were very reasonable too. Highly, highly recommend.

I recently help my mother get her things out of storage as we found her a new place to be. Taishima helped make exit process very easy and smooth. Definitely very welcoming and helpful and will be back if need another storage place. This location has amazing and thoughtful staff, you don’t really get that often from storages.

This storage center was great. The customer service give by Taishima was amazing. She was very polite and and answered every question I had. Overall 5/5 star service!

I just want to thank this storage unit and the associate Taishima for making this such an easy experience for me. I really appreciate it because moving has always been a hassle.
