Great place. Great service

After only 3 months of renting my unit, I received an email stating that my rent was increasing by 35%. I had just moved in and it seemed like the rent increase was maliciously taking advantage of this fact. A classic bait and switch. Just one voicemail to Diane and she was able to keep my rent the same. She called me back immediately and was so kind and helpful. As a customer, I expect rent to be fixed for at least one year. I will certainly update this review if anything changes.
