This place is predatory. Not only do your rental prices increase every month (what started as $180 per month is now $318, and $45 is now $75) and the late fees unreasonably high (25-50% of unit cost each time), but any 'refunds' they offer for late fees only go as credit. if you close your unit, they keep your money. don't come here, plenty of other places who don't prey on their customers.

Diane helped us get set up while on site. Very informative and showed us exactly how to locate our unit, assisted us with gate access code that needed to be activated. Excellent customer support. Good experience upon move in!

Diane is always so accommodating and helpful when it comes to paying my bill, lovely attitude as well. She is always so helpful when I come in.
