Had to update my review. Was here on January 8th and then again Jan 11 to get a few things out of my unit. On the 8 the lot was icy then on the 11th there was snow covering the ice. You mean to tell me no one can throw rock salt down or at least make one pass with a plow to clear the lot? Everyone one who rents a unit here pays a good amount of money per month, and the least public storage can do is at least make an effort to make it a little easier for people to move things in or out of their unit. Completely unacceptable! I love businesses who have no problem taking you're money but can't even make an effort to clean the lot.I quess it's going take someone falling and injuring themself and a lawsuit to realize they need to do better maintaining their property.
