Barb and Erik was very helpful and very knowledgeable

This location has an office with a manager, unlike some Public Storage locations that do not have an access to the management office anymore (- - only Kiosk available). The manager in this location, Janey, is professional and helpful. She is always pleasant to deal with. Great to have someone like her in the management office.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for nearly 20 years, and I’m finally leaving a review because the customer service at this location, especially from the manager Jenéy, has consistently been outstanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers are well taken care of.

For example, when the lot underwent blacktop repaving and sealing this summer, Jenéy proactively reached out to me ahead of time because she knew I park my truck here for my small business, not just for storage. She gave me advanced notice, sent a reminder the day before (which I needed!), and followed up after the work was done to confirm my spot was available again.

Just today, she helped me with another issue, and once again, her assistance was excellent. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jenéy for her thoughtful and attentive service. I truly appreciate it!

Janey is wonderful, she is a fabulous worker. She helped me with all of my storage needs and she is so friendly. I highly recommend this storage place.
