Public Storage

The Oakbrook Terrace location is wonderful for my storage needs. I’ve never had a problem with staff or any of my storage units and they definitely keep in contact with you for communication about your storage which I don’t mind. I will continue to rent here until I’m just not in need of storage anymore, but for now my location will be Oakbrook Terrace and the whole staff is wonderful especially Jenna who I communicate with whenever is needed

Janéy gives great service, she was very friendly and helpful with helping me find my unit space.

I must say that I was treated with such kindness and courtesy by the Manager at the Roosevelt rd location in Oakbrook Terrace. She was so very professional but she went a step above others with her kindness. I'm so very glad I rented a unit from this location. I wish all professionals in any field would take a lesson from this manager her kindness , understanding, and upbeat personality is hard to come by. Thank you for being so wonderful.
