Public Storage

I have been renting a unit from the Evanston Public Storage location for about 2yrs. One of the main reasons I keep a unit there is because of the store manager, Andre. He is always professional and courteous. He keeps me up to date on any changes that might involve my unit. On top of that. He is always on his feet walking the premises and cleaning the facility. He really does his best to make sure his store is up and running in well and maintained condition

Would definitely recommend, storage is clean and safe, and special thanks to Pat for a very smooth checkout process!

Staff is super helpful and friendly, especially Pat dealing with us changing our minds so many times. Facility is really clean and well lit, and the hours they're open are very convenient (better than the hours for the one by my home). The app makes entering and leaving easy, too, especially when we forgot our gate code.

I secured a unit today for an upcoming move. Pat in their office went above & beyond in helping me in an incredibly stressful time!
