By far the worst customer service ever! Nina is rude as hell!!
Even when someone called on my behalf and was extremely rude to them.
I told that I could pay more than half and my stuff wouldn’t be auctioned off I did so and she still put my stuff up for auction and told me she dont care nothing about Christmas!
When my kids stuff is in there because we dont have a place to stay right now.
DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE
They over charge and don’t want to work with you.
