The manager Jim located in Bolingbrook on Historic Route 66 is an outstanding manager. He assisted and accommodated me with all of my needs. He returned my calls promptly, kept me updated on my reservation, and walked me through the storage facility with a history tutorial on Public Storage. Everthing that I wanted, he assured my access and satisfaction. Thanks Jim. You’re one of the best!
