If I could give negative stars I would. This is the WORST storage experience I have ever had. My unit was BROKEN INTO and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone, there is never anyone on site at the location to help customers and no one answers the phone. They “claim” to have a call back policy of 24hr but never call back unless THEY need something. The employee at this location specifically was very dismissive of my situation and only wanted to take my money and blame me for even needing help. In trying to move my stuff OUT of the unit there is no where that mentions it is NOT PRO RATED. They are scammers who just want to steal your money and never take accountability. You’re better off with Cube Smart who has better maintained facilities and customer service that is actually available.

Very good experience, Katie was always helpful and responded to my calls promptly and answered all my questions.

The storage was clean. I didn't have an issue at all with bugs or rodents. I loved the customer service, they were friendly and very helpful.

It’s good if you only need it short term horrible other wise they raise your rates after 3 month and by a lot
