I recently had a couple billing issues I needed looked into and the property manager Dee handled and resolved them quick and fair. I have been at this property a while and they are always accommodating. Feel confident to store here with confidence!

The facility is clean, friendly staff and always feels safe.

Customer Service is outstanding, Dee in particular is ALWAYS upbeat, Personalble, and Very Helpful.

I'm a person that appreciates good customer service and a great personality is always a plus and that's what you get at the Lisle facility!?

I went to this Lisle Odgen location to ask about renting unit and Dee was onsite. She was so helpful from letting me know pricing, promos, size of unit that would be best for my storage type that I rented right then. Dee got me set up, showed me where the unit was located and I was set! It was really such a great experience she was there to help that I had to leave a review. Dee rocked the customer service and I'm grateful she was so knowledgeable and friendly to take the time to help me. Thank You, Dee!!!
