Jarvis and Madison are awesome! They always put the customer needs first!

The public storage in Edwardsville is very friendly and efficient. There were two staff in particular that were able to help me I believe their names are Jarvis and I think the other ones name is Madison. I had a really bad experience with another storage company, which I explained to the staff and they were able to help me out and put my mind at ease.

I’ve been renting here for over a year now and it is still amazing. I love going to Madison for all my questions we always have a great conversation. She’s friendly and always willing to help! Definitely staying at this location for years to come.

The process for rental was easy and straightforward. Maddie was very kind and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable on the property. I would recommend to anyone needing a reliable, safe unit for your items.
