Public Storage

Where as I am not happy with the policy of Public Storage to continually raise rates for good paying customers, I appreciate the customer service I received from Candy at the Ellisville location. She was very polite and helpful!

Nice clean, climate controlled facility. However, if you go during hours that there are no employees present in the office, there will be absolutely no carts or dollies. Our first trip, we had an entire trailer that we had to unload and nothing at all to help with that. We never had this issue with U-haul facilities. Our second trip, we brought a hand cart of our own and had to inform other customers that, there were none available for their use.

I've been using Public Storage for years. I feel that all my items are safe and secure.
Candi is definitely an asset there. If I have any questions, I know Candi has the answers.
I've never spoken to her when she hasn't been happy and patient with all my questions.

Poorly ran by off site management! Extremely poor job cleaning snow! Site poorly staff! Candy is amazing when she is there!!Need to let people who rent space know that the carts are a luxury and not part of the rent!

Candy at the Public Storage in Ellisville, MO. did an excellent job answering all of my questions. She always offers great customer service everytime I've called the office.
