Public Storage

The PS facility in Ellisville is a gem. It is clean, well lit, and the staff (Candi) is friendly and knowledgeable.

The property looks clean, but hides a big secret. The hired on staff doesn't clean the facility like they should. I only been using my unit for 2 months and noticed that the public restrooms are diabolical! They resemble the public toilets you see in horror movies or comedies about nasty ass toilets. I only go to piss whenever I had to stop by to move stuff in and out. And I was hit with smells of raw sewage, seen shit covered toilets and shit smeared on the walls. They don't clean regularly. Cause 'if' they did i wouldn't have seen what i have seen. I would rather piss and shit outside than use these restrooms. DO BETTER!!

This location is very secure and clean. However, it is only staffed till 1:00, so you can only get a big cart to use until that time. No one is there on Sunday, so you have no use of a cart on that pick day.

Worst storage place EVER. Took what we needed out of the unit and stacked in the hallway.- ouldn't carry it all at once, because they lock up the carts that aren't even usable, so we left one item in the hallway to immediately come back up the elevator for. When we went to use the elevator to go back up to get it, we were locked out because it was 1 minute after closing (despite already physically being in the building).

Called the property manager who didn't answer, called corporate to try to get in, and they told us 'we can't do anything except let you out the gate. If it gets stolen, then just file a claim with your insurance. ' Seriously, it's the worst storage company I've ever dealt with.

If this company is going to choose to lock up carts and lock people out of their units, then they need to have someone on duty until they close. There was no worker on-site at 8PM, before closing time, so we couldn't use a dolly if we wanted. And truthfully, Extra Space next door has longer hours , more accessible units, and provides carts. We will be moving our stuff there.

Candy is amazing manager! She is a good manager and keeps the restrooms clean and cares about the facility. She is very professional and courteous. Thank you Candy for being a true professional!
