The absolutely most rude harassing employees I have ever seen at any storage place I've ever used.... Completely unprofessional and rude

Carts are locked up so you can’t use them no one pickup the phone. Horrible business practice!!

I would say that they used to get a higher mark - however, they are really bad. It's been almost a year that the hall light has been 'removed' from above my units - which makes it impossible to see inside. All I keep getting told is that it 'will get fixed' as soon as the y get to it. And the most recent is a regional manager decided it was a good idea to not allow tenants access to a moving cart. Reason given is they were getting stolen and they cost $1500 each. So these carts are available at SAMS for $250 so be glad to sell PS carts at $1000 each all day long. And BTW it's 2024 - use GPS and/or auto locking on the wheels if they go too far. The grocery stores have the technology - I'm sure a multi-billion dollar organization can figure it out. Would not recommend this location and am looking forward to ending the contracts.
