Candy was great! Very knowledgeable and attentive.

I felt that the worker ( Candi ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. The place is always clean and up kept....Good place, but a great employee ?

I run many businesses of myown and I find in today's real estate climate that renting larger storage units is a hell of a lot more feasible than renting a warehouse or worse even buying a property and paying maintenance and property taxes. That said public storage as a company has no loyalty to the customers whatsoever and will hit their wallets hard with rate increases that defy reason. Why then you may be asking am I leaving a 5 star review. The answer is simple. The manager Candie is an asset that is being solely overlooked. Why she isn't in a position of leadership is a mystery to me and a gift to her tenant's. If it was not for her professionalism this would be a 1 star review.

5X10 UNIT. Clean. But price has increased $10 in 6 months for no reason.
UPDATE: Another increase in price and now the carts that I wanted to use for my items are CHAINED and locked.
I have to look for another place because of these prices without service.
UPDATE:(10/24/24) So I guess the review helped my rent went from $29 January 2023 to $38 July 2023 to $51 April 2024 now down to $45. Still more than online price of $26. HORRIBLE.

Once Agian Candi is on the Job working with me,she really is a very nice woman who knows the job well.
