Erin was the best help I’ve ever had. Made the experience so easy and the most helpful property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She needs a raise and the most praise.

My review is for the excellent customer service we received when looking into renting a space. Erin, the site manager at the public storage facility we visited was an immense help to us. She went above and beyond in the pouring rain to show us several units at two different sites. She patiently answered all of our questions and took time beyond her workday to make sure we understood the ins and outs of the rental. I cannot speak to the rental facility experience itself, yet, as we were just looking, but her time and patience in helping us to get started was very appreciated and went beyond what we experienced at other rental facilities.

Excellence, Courteousness, and Professionalism personified.

This is what I experienced when Erin assisted me with my rental. Not only was she professional, she listened to my needs and assisted me with narrowing down and getting the unit that would work best for me and my situation. I would also like to take this time also to give a positive review for Courtney at this same location for her patience and courteousness and excellent professionalism during such time when I was very unsure of what my storage needs were definitely at the time, and she started me with some options to consider. Thank you Erin and Courtney for a great experience with my rental. I really appreciate all of your help! :)
