They do not lock that rate in for any period of time. I was a customer, I got a promotional rate, 2 months later it went back to full price. DO NOT rent off the promotional price, they will change your price right after you are a customer. If you call and talk to them, they will verify that the prices can change monthly, its set by corporate and there is nothing the local facility can do. Proceed with caution.

I could not do another review so I am editing this one. Prices went up again. Just like everything. I am going to have to most likely give up the unit. Shannon has helped me out . She gave me some wiggle room to figure out my next move.
