Absolutely the worst self-storage experience I've ever had. Here's why:

-Unit was dirty and had debris. There were no less than 6 nails and screwed throughout the premises that could have resulted in tire damage.

-Their claim of '30 days free' is a lie; because they '(we) don't pro-rate', if you rent a unit at the end of the month you end up having to pay for the subsequent month, even if you move out before the 30 day mark. That's not '30 days free'; period.

-Rude office staff who couldn't explain billing; they had to call the manager. Untrained and unprofessional (put down your personal cellphone when a customer walks in!)

Strongly recommend against this company.

Excellent storage facility

Very accommodating staff, always willing to help as they can. They called me when forgot to put my lock back on my unit.

Documentation of auto pay and facility has not posted payment. Unable to access. . No one will answer calls.

They are always adding random fees, my 5x5 which is supposed to be $59 is always ranging from $70-90. Not to mention I drove over 300 miles for them not to be open and my pin not to work for me to get my things out during business hours and when I called they were no help.
