I wish I could give zero stars—or even negative ones. This is, without a doubt, the worst-run establishment I’ve ever encountered. I was scheduled to store a vehicle here, and when I arrived at 8:00 PM CST on Thursday, I was greeted by an ice-covered property with no warning or guidance provided.

There was no map to locate my unit, and no one bothered to warn me about the dangerous conditions: 2-inch-thick ice blanketing the entire roadway leading to the storage units. These units are situated on a hill, which was also completely iced over. When I attempted to drive down a lane, my car began sliding uncontrollably toward the wall of the main office. I came dangerously close to totaling my vehicle, all because no precautions had been taken, and no warnings were issued about the hazardous ice.

It took me over an hour of careful maneuvering—and sheer luck—to avoid disaster. I ended up hacking away at the ice for more than an hour, trying to remove the 2-inch-thick layer just to navigate the property. When I finally reached my unit, I discovered that the garage door was damaged, and the road leading into the garage was also covered in ice and snow. Had I attempted to park my car, it likely would have slid and crashed into the wall of the garage.

To make matters worse, I tried contacting the property manager for assistance, but my calls went unanswered. I called three times, and despite the facility being open until 10:00 PM, no one was there to help. This level of negligence and lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I ended up canceling my reservation and will be demanding a full refund. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

This location is a dump! Won a unit on storage treasures and front staff was so confused they couldn't find their bottom side with both hands. Previous tenant cut their lock out locks off and I had to deal with cutting locks off myself. After cutting two sets of locks off I got my auction goods. I would suggest arming yourself just incase you are confronted by previous tenants. For sure low class trashy people renting here. Paint marks all over pavement from mfs spray painting auto parts. 350 ghetto storage. Jesus christ lawd have mercy get those old faded green doors gone. Time to update majorly.

My daughter has a unit here. It has been broken into 3 times since May!!!!

Lied about available units. Wasted 2hrs of my time signing a contact and would not refund my money.
