Happy with my storage at public storage in Gretna.Thank you.

The experience was not great. I showed up to check in ready to pay I was told to do it on line they will be closing soon. Go to pay on line kept getting the error after I paid for 1 of the spaces. I rented 4 spaces btw. I checked in on the 14th and it’s supposed to be the 1st month $1. A rude guy called me telling me my payment is due in the 1st of January. I tried explaining the problem I had with the other space payment he told me I have late fees. I dont plan to use this facility again ever I dont recommend them either. Jan however was really helpful when I initially was riding around trying to decide which facility I would use to store my things. As a business owner who prides myself on Great Customer Service and Clarity I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism.
