Fourth time being here due to unit auctions and Mrs. Jan has been amazing every time! If I lived here and needed self storage, I’d bring my business here.

This is a recommendation about Jan. She is totally effective, efficient, agreeable, and knowledgeable about the storage units here at Gretna. I have never been helped by anyone as smart , helpful, and nice. Thank you for everything. Virginia Jordan

I rented this storage because it was convenient.then it turned out I had to go to another storage unit on lapaco to pay my unit twice because the one on Bell Chase hwy nobody was ever there and couldn't reach anyone or never got a return call poor service and no employees to really be on site .then there lunch hrs they put notice on door but nobody ever returns.i never got my receipt through email when I did pay you never get to personally talk to anyone but a recording so this month I'm moving to another storage.and the mold ruin my belongings and another tenant they had the ducks and ac units covered in plastic to paint over the mold and there ass from damages
