I had the pleasure of working with Jeanette at the Public Storage location on Washington Street over the phone, and she was absolutely amazing! Even without meeting in person, her professionalism and friendly demeanor shone through. Jeanette was incredibly helpful, walking me through everything I needed step by step and ensuring all my questions were answered. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the process so much easier. Easy to access, clean, safe, and well-lit! I love my storage unit!

We’ve been storing here for about a year. Recently had a problem with the access door to our unit, and Miss Jeanette was super helpful and friendly.

The place is kept quite clean, and the gated access generally feels safe and secure.

The manager on duty was fabulous. We needed help and he gave it. The facility was clean and centrally located close to downtown.
