Valerie customer service is beyond awesome her patience her skills and knowledge of the company makes transaction so quick and easy

Hello everyone, I just rented a space at Public Storage on Inwood in Addison. My new best friend Valerie (manager) made the entire process very simple and easy, which is not what I expected at all. I had absolutely no questions once I left her office and I felt very safe leaving my belongings in her care. I recommend anyone needing some extra storage in their life to go by and see Valerie @ Public Storage on Inwood in Addison... You will thank me later!

Valerie was able to answer all of my storage questions and made my move in a breeze!

No one ever answers the phone or gives you a call back. My rent has went up 2 times in a year. I have to call every time to ask why and they just extend my current payment 3 months. The location is old as well so don’t think every 6 months going up in 40 dollars is worth it. Also, I put my own lock on my unit and they still came around to put a sticker on it labeling it public storage.

This is for Mr Alex he went beyond his way to make sure I was satisfied with the problem I was concerned about.I appreciate everything you did to help me.Thanks a lot keep up the great work you do…
