Review:
After arriving to find the unit I Rented was up a narrow flight of stairs and too small of an opening for my refrigerator, I tried contacting the office in person and by phone with no response. Calling the 800 # wasn't a help, only at the property could I get a bigger unit, which is where I was. An hour and half later and 40 minutes on the phone I canceled my reservation, only to be told 29.99 wasn't refundable. Wish I could give 0 stars

Customer service are liars. Promised to credit my account thru email never have. Rent elsewhere. Will lock your things the same day you’re payment is due. Beware!!!

Review:
First time renting a storage and I loved the process.
I didn’t have to speak to anyone AT ALL and I like that haha.
When I got there my key lock was inside the storage and I was still able to move all my things and not postpone it due to me coming after business hours?
Can’t beat 25 bucks a month for a 5 foot by 6 foot either (I’m a minimalist)
