Denise was amazing and very helpful and informative. Place was clean and definitely up to par. Better than a few other facilities in the area.

**EDIT 10/28/24 -- This place hires bots to leave good reviews. lol, they went from like 3 stars to a 4.6 in a month. Public storage will NOT answer your calls at the facility. They make you leave a message for the manager to call you back and you have no idea when you will get a call back and you have to keep calling over and over and leaving messages.

This storage facility keeps changing ownership. Has had 3 different owners since I have been with them for about 4 or 5 years. Public Storage just took over (May 1st) and even though I had NO CLUE this happened, and my rental agreement payments aren't due until the 15th of every month, they are sending me the most rude threatening and most unprofessional texts, emails and calls. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! They are VERY unprofessional. They have informed me that they have changed the codes to the gates and that I have to make an appointment to meet someone at the office to get a code. I live in another city 3 hours away. This whole situation is horrible and bonkers and freaking crazy how much I pay every month and can't even access my unit if I needed to at the moment.
