Great customer service clean facility

Tish is very professional and very personable.

For two days, I've been trying to access the storage room, but there's no one in the office to make the payment. It's always closed, and the answering machine is on.

We needed a space to store some estate items for several months at a clean, safe and convenient storage facility and this Public Storage location fit the bill. Everything was good until we were about to clean it out and turn it back in at which time some clerical error closed it out before we were ready a few days before the end of the month. Fortunately, Sally was working in the office when we came to get things straightened out, She was extremely nice, helpful and understanding. Within 30 minutes she had everything worked out and us on our way. Thank you Sally!!!
