Just rented out a space here and it was the easiest process. Amanda was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this location if I need to rent out again!

I'm so happy that I rented at Public Storage. I tried many different storages in the past. But what cause me to rent here is a young lady name Amanda. She went about and beyond. Very helpful and friendly. My friends to me all about her. I will recommend my friends and family.

This company has an agenda to make the customer an employee. They expect you to download their app and do the job of the employee that they fired. Now the building is locked and never open. If you call you will only get an answering machine telling you to download the app and grovel for service.

Don’t leave a message, they will ignore it for 4 days. Leave 4 messages they will ignore them also. Don’t expect any call back.

Don’t leave any angry message the District Manager (GQ) will give you 3 days to move out. They wont admit their mistake.
