I'm only giving 5 stars cuz Michael and Amanda work their asses off to keep customers happy despite the typical shady corporate tactics from private equity owners. They hook you with a low monthly price or introductory rate, then charge all sorts of fees totaling 25-35% of the original amount. Obviously investors are more important than customers.
Public Storage only deserves 1-star, or less, for this shady crap!
I'm amazed that the local staff are as super helpful and friendly as they are! I'm sure the corporate owners are paying them pennies on the dollar.
Stick with the mom & pop storage places, if you can still find them. Better prices, outstanding service.

I left a bike here while moving out, and the property manager Michael was nice enough to store the bike while i was gone so no one would take it until i could come back. This is great service, and im happy with that detail. Thank you.

Just rented a unit today. Michael was the most helpful person I have dealt with in a long time. Answered all my questions, explained everything. Great experience!

The staff at this Public Storage in Southlake are awesome!! They're accommodating, professional and always follow-through on their promises. Nick and Michael are great!!
