Great service, helped me out when I was having issues with the online reservation and resolved it quickly!!

I am really disappointed in The Public Storage!!! Every time I visit this location either no one is there or the lady is in there and has the doors locked!!! I drove all the way down here to pay my bill at 3 something only to find out that no one was there!!! I don't always have money online!! When i have my account paid up when there is someone willing to show up at work or stay there to take my payment I am taking my things somewhere else!

Had a very pleasant visit with Nevada @ Public Storage. She explained everything to me perfectly and with patience!
And for that I have a storage.
Clean facility with an awesome employee at the front counter is a Huge + for me.
