My mother and I had a very inconvenient time with our movers, making it extremely frustrating to unload. We ended up having to rent a new unit & Jaunita was the most sunshine we have seen so far today! She was so kind, patient, and understanding. Made a really hard morning so much lighter!! Thank you Jaunita!

Went in today to make a payment and Juanita was a great help . She was fast with the transaction and really kind . She was in a situation that you wouldn't give the next customer great service but she put that aside and attended to me just perfect and she also walked all the way to me at my storage to give me back my ID cause I forgot it on the counter . I just wish the gentleman didn't curse so much at her, yes she works there but that does not mean she controls the prices and if the one that took action on things .She is just trying her best , as we all are . I hope she enjoyed the rest of her day and continues to smile . Thank you again Juanita ?

This was supposed to be a climate controlled facility. We unloaded on a Saturday… no power on in the facility. It is now Tuesday and they still have no power and no answers. No one appears to be accountable. Do not rent here!
