Public Storage

I’ve never had a storage unit before but I am GLAD I booked with Public Storage. This was really a last minute thing so I had booked online but I was not happy with the unit I was given. Rose, who works the front desk, stayed with me explaining the policies and procedures and also assisting me with getting a proper unit of my choice. THAT is what you called a customer representative! Five stars Five stars Five stars! Six stars if you count her stylish earrings. Overall I enjoyed my experience. This process was quick and easy.

Rose was very friendly and helpful. Helped solved issues with ease.

Customer service was excellent and the space was more than enough very immaculate and clean place will recommend if you need a place to store your goods this is the place.
