I’ve been pricing and looking for storage unit for about 2 weeks now. I made an online inquiry and Rose called to follow up a week prior. Initially I was going to go with a lesser expensive storage unit but it was Ms Rose follow up and her warmth through the phone that I changed my mind and ended up going with Public storage. When I arrived at the location she was even nicer in person as she was in the phone , even through they where more money i still went with Ms Rose at public storage .
