I was horrified to move into my new apartment and start unboxing all my belongings (carboard boxes) to find roach EGGS AND DROPPINGS in almost every box. I had to throw away so many appliances towels etc and then run every single dish I own through a sanitizing dishwasher cycle. Yes it was climate controlled!

Dee the manager was absolutely amazing. I had originally booked a climate control unit online however when I went in person the booking turned out to be a regular unit. When speaking to Dee she was quick, well knowledgeable, remained with a smile, and acted on the issue immediately making sure I was taken care of.

I've had a great experience, Lolita helped us out in a great way with getting a smaller unit. I can tell that she loves her job.

Renting here currently and from the moment I step foot on the property Dee has been nothin but AMAZING! She has the property running exactly how is should be!
