Public Storage

I rented a storage unit online for this Public Storage location, and I called ahead to make sure someone was working in the office to answer my questions. Not only did Dee, the leasing agent, give me better directions to her location than Google Maps, but she was also so patient and helpful. She showed me how to operate the gate, walked me to my storage unit, talked to me about my storage space needs, and she was genuinely invested in making sure I was taken of to the utmost of her ability. Most of all, she was friendly and accommodating, and she walked me through everything smoothly. It’s so hard to find quality customer service these days, but Dee restored my faith in that again. Thank you, Dee, if you see this. I feel like I made a new friend! ??

Love this place! They fit us in at a busy time after the hurricane! Not only that, switched to another unit to accommodate our belongings after we chose the wrong size. Process was easy and the service was so friendly. Much needed after the Beryl disaster!
