Just opened up a rental for some extra home stuff. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is really clean. Nicely done Public Storage.

Today was one of those days where things didn't quite go as planned. But then came Steve to the rescue. I had limited time left with my movers when we booked it to the storage. But I could not complete the storage payment online due to some anomaly. Steve helped my movers get up the elevator to my unit so they could get on to their next customer, then came back and helped me finish the paperwork. He also lent me his block charger when my phone died. He then came back to let us all out while my phone was booting back up. What a superhero! I'm very pleased with my choice to rent a unit here. Steve also made sure I got the location I requested.
