Jennifer is really the definition on customer service. Come down and see her! She will take care of you.

Jennifer works in the office. She tended to us with precision, professionalism, and she even helped us with our 3 boys (all under 11). She spoke with patience while boys are being boys, walked us through the process, the payments all while explaining the Public Storage App. When we came back to fill our unit, we found her cleaning the floors, assisting other customers, and helping with the elevators and holding the doors open for us to lessen our loads. I HIGHLY recommend this public storage location ONLY because Jennifer works there. Thank you Jennifer for all your above and beyond.

Visited this location to inquire about spaces and prices. Jennifer was the on-site representative at the time. Her level of customer service was amazing. She answered all of my questions, in a professional and friendly manner, and didn't make me feel like a bother. I definitely appreciate her for assisting me!
