Public Storage

I happened to stop by the Public Storage on 7210 Highway 6 I saw one of the Public Storage employees working hard taking care of the facility it was clean. The managers name is Kemosi very courteous. Very hard worker takes care of his customers to the best of his abilities.

I came into Eric store the other day and Danyelle was there and helped me out so much before surgery shout out to her she has good customer service, was very patient and helpful.

Eric was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped make my move in really easy.

Do NOT get a storage here if you need assistance for any reason. I have called and emailed for over a week now. I am teacher and need my things for my classroom and still cannot get into my storage. I lost the original lock and they placed one of their own on the storage (even though they said they can't do that). My storage is not behind I have only had it a couple of weeks.The number for contacting a property manager goes to voicemail and they have not responded. I had to talk to someone on a computer screen the other day and even she could not get ahold of anyone. This is ridiculous. I will be moving my stuff as soon as I can access my property. Upon leaving without my items that I needed tried the virtual live help, no one answered. Also clean that office because it smells like piss.Gas is HIGH to make blank trips because they cannot handle a simple task. I need to be compensated for my gas, time and my classroom being empty because a property manager fails to do their job.
