That haven’t had the AC working for six months after a hurricane. One elevator went down for a few months and then the second broke. So we had no elevator at all for about 2 months. Meanwhile I’m paying a premium for both…. The place is owned by corporate and the mangers don’t seem to handle anything with any
urgency.

Rented a unit on the second floor of facility because my area is prone to flooding. Within first week of moving my boxes to unit, both elevators in building have malfunctioned. Have made several trips back to facility to store boxes and elevators were not available. Given that I am a 67 year old woman, trying to store my household belongings after a divorce, Public Storage had been been a major headache and absolutely useless.

Would do a zero if I could. This place has horrible temperature control. Also, both elevators have been broke for months. So you have to carry everything up and down a staircase that's 100 degrees when it's 70 outside.

The manager, Nick, was SO helpful. The property was clean and tidy. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. I highly recommend this location just because of how sweet Nick is!
