Upon renting the unit, the man on duty was not the most welcoming person.

The gate access on the app does not consistently work. I got stuck inside the property and could not find a key pad to enter my code. Tried to call the office and I only got a voicemail. So, I had to sit there until another customer opened the gate.

Update: After speaking to the DM, I learned that he was concerned about my negative review and wanted to ensure that all my concerns were rectified. I met with Jalise at the facility. She was very friendly and answered all of my concerns. Thank you for providing an opportunity to learn how to enter and exit the facility when the app is unresponsive.

Clean, super large storage and a great bunch of guys to work with

Woody is absolutely amazinggg!! He was extremely helpful when we lost our keys to our storage. It was a pretty late in the night too! Seriously gets stuff done. Great guy and amazing manager!
