Excellent customer service I came here about three weeks ago to rent a storage. Ms. Janice was so nice and very helpful. She help me find my unit on the property. She’s a great representation of how customer service should be. ?

The property security access is adequate and the climate control which was the main concern for me is acceptable compared to other facilities I have rented at. The door stop was broken when I moved in but they did fix it within a few weeks of reporting.
