My deceased brother had a storage unit at Public Storage in Manvel on County Rd 8. When we came to open the unit, we discovered we did not have the correct key to open the lock. Fortunately for us, Roxanne was working in the office and was able to arrange for a new lock to be installed for a nominal fee. She contacted her management to confirm that they had reviewed the paperwork we had submitted previously to have lawful access to the unit. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. If you've ever had to settle the estate of a deceased relative you know how complicated some processes can be. Roxanne made this step easy and even called us back once the lock had been installed.

I just want to thank Ms. Samantha. She was awesome! She helped me with all the questions I needed answered. She was also very kind and patient with me.

Sam provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Highly recommended!

The only great feedback I have is that my storage was secured, no issues with the climate controlled storages and the gates worked for most of the 4 months. However, horrible customer service within the site as well as virtually. Rolling carts were “stolen” so you were on your own with transporting. Lastly, the last month before I left I received an email about increased monthly rent. Funny enough, I thought since we didn’t have access to all utilities (no carts), we should’ve been reimbursed for those months.

She is very helpful and patient with us.
