I cannot get anyone to answer at this location
Called 1/8/25
1/10/25 and today still no amswer

I was billed $170 for a storage unit that was already in use, padlocked, and storing trash. I left multiple messages. Samantha eventually called back and told me I would be refunded. It has been 9 days since being billed and I still have not received a refund.

Roxanne was the best. She has a great positive attitude and quickly happily resolves computer issues. I was in and out on just a few minutes. I had everything unloaded from start to finish is about 30 mins.

Samantha is awesome. I was truly upset with customer service; however, when i arrived, she calmed me down and explained the fees in detail. This is the definition of true customer service. Thanks again. SAMANTHA

If I can leave with zero I would they are very prejudiced at this location so make sure you are of the lighter skin to be serviced properly before you decide to work with this public storage. I recommend any other location and they do not do anything towards employees with this behavior so I recommend to just stay away put your money elsewhere. Managers are the main ones who represent misbehavior . Quite sad and it’s 2024.

Oh, and sometimes they lock the door all although they are open just a heads up to anyone who decides to continue against this advice. I had to call customer service to get assistance. Smh somehow they are still in business.stay away from manager ROXIE .
