Roxanne was amazing. I looked at units at this location and another, but chose this location because of the customer experience she provides: pleasant personality, thorough explanation and great help in helping me select the appropriate size. Bonus: the facility is clean and well-maintained.

The facilities are very well maintained and the onsite staff are the greatest ive ever worked with. But, The company itself is a bit to be desired. I moved in almost a year ago on a promotion which i was able to enjoy that rate for 2 months before they hiked it and now they are increasing my rates significantly again. I am now at double what i signed up for and im only 11 months into a lease. If your going to offer a promotion on the rent, then give your tenant some time at the rate you used to entice them into your facility with. Absolutely disgusted that I now have to look for yet another facility and move again. The last facility i was at for 3 years, they had a good deal on a larger unit which is why i moved.
